Ways to Wellbeing

Five Ways to Wellbeing - (New Economic Foundation (NEF), 2008) is a well-known evidence-based approach to creating wellbeing in individuals and communities. Improving wellbeing can lead to improved physical, mental and emotional health, improved relationships, or getting into work and productivity (Department of Health 2014).

The five ways to wellbeing are simple positive actions that research shows to have a positive impact on people when they incorporate them in their day-to-day life. Within each category, there are useful resources and links to local services and activities that will help you to improve your wellbeing.
