Keep Learning

Learning

Try something new. Rediscover an old interest. Sign up for that online course. Fix a bike. Learn to play an instrument or how to cook your favourite food, read a new genre of book or become a crossword ace! Set a challenge you enjoy achieving.

Learning new things throughout our lives, no matter how old we are, is great for improving our self-esteem. Consider that you are also learning to handle the changes of older age
